Recently at the FAIR plus 2026 Robotics Industry Link Conference, Bi Yalei, Director of the Industry Development Center at Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, stated that embodied intelligence applications are accelerating at an unprecedented pace. He emphasized that the current phase is more accurately described as an "implementation year" rather than a mere "first year"—meaning real-world deployment, not just conceptual showcases, is now the driving force.
The growth rate of Shenzhen's robotics industry chain output value recovered to over 20% in 2025, marking a second growth boom for the sector. According to IFR data, China's new industrial robot installations accounted for 54% of the global total in 2024, cementing the country's dominant position in manufacturing automation.
Bi noted that robotics development is undergoing a fundamental paradigm shift—moving away from the traditional path of "modeling + programming" toward scenario-based data collection and training. This new approach enables robots to learn and adapt in real-world environments across a wide spectrum of industries: from precision polishing in handicraft production and intelligent maintenance of heavy industrial equipment, to automated packaging lines for office supplies and flexible spraying systems for furniture manufacturing; from high-reliability assembly of medical devices and AI-powered factory patrols for security monitoring, to cross-sector coordination between production and facility protection.
This strategic shift aligns closely with Hanhe Intelligent Technology's core businesses in intelligent robot sales and AI general application systems. As embodied intelligence moves from pilot projects to large-scale implementation—whether in workshop-floor industrial equipment integration, security-enhanced logistics, or customized solutions for furniture, medical device, and office supplies production—Hanhe is well-positioned to leverage its system-level capabilities and ride the wave of China's robotics resurgence.
